What we process

The website address you submit, which our server uses to fetch that public page, its robots.txt and its sitemap. Your IP address is used briefly in memory to limit excessive use.

What we don't collect

• No website login details, ever.
• Audits without an account are not saved; results live in your browser tab.
• We never store fetched page HTML or content.

Optional accounts

If you create an account we store your email address, a securely hashed password (handled by our sign-in provider), an optional display name, the websites you add, and the reports you choose to save. A saved report contains the audited addresses (with tracking parameters removed), score, findings with short evidence, pages inspected and audit limitations. Each account can hold up to 10 websites and 50 reports, and only you can see them.

You can delete any report or website from your dashboard, or delete your whole account in Account Settings. We only confirm deletion after it has succeeded.

Assistance requests

If you request professional help, we store your name, email, optional website address, the help requested and your message so Fahtel Digital Hub can contact you. Requests are only visible to the FADRO administrator and are kept until deleted; ask us to remove yours at any time.

Third parties

To check that an address is public, we look up its network address using a public DNS service. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
